Role Overview
This Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in our Saint-Laurent office and operates on a hybrid schedule—three days on-site and two days remote each week. You'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for a mix of corporate and manufacturing roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers across two countries to source and place top talent.
Core Duties
- Execute full-cycle recruiting from job requisition through candidate onboarding
- Source candidates via job boards, networking, and database searches
- Screen resumes and conduct telephone and video interviews
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Manage offer discussions and provide placement support
- Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain well-organized candidate tracking
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and company culture priorities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record placing candidates in corporate or manufacturing environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple open positions
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
- Familiarity with Canadian and US employment markets highly valued
