Accenture is seeking a Supply Chain Healthcare Logistics Management Consulting Manager to join our team in Carmel, Hamilton County. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead strategic transformation initiatives that optimize healthcare supply chain and logistics operations for enterprise clients.

Position Summary

As a Supply Chain Healthcare Logistics Management Consulting Manager, you will develop and execute strategy for healthcare organizations seeking to modernize their supply chain and logistics networks. You'll partner with enterprise clients to identify operational inefficiencies, design next-generation operating models, and implement solutions that improve delivery performance, reduce costs, and strengthen resilience across complex healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing healthcare logistics and supply chain operations to uncover optimization opportunities and digital transformation potential
• Develop strategic recommendations addressing procurement strategy, inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution network design
• Engage stakeholders across client organizations to align on priorities, manage implementation timelines, and ensure adoption of new processes
• Direct deployment of supply chain solutions, including visibility platforms, demand forecasting systems, and automation technologies
• Lead and grow consulting teams executing client engagements and tracking progress against defined business outcomes
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, supply chain resilience, and risk management within healthcare logistics networks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
• Substantial professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, with preference for healthcare or pharmaceutical sector experience
• Demonstrated background in consulting, strategic advisory, or enterprise transformation engagements
• Strong foundation in supply chain fundamentals including procurement, inventory optimization, logistics network design, and distribution management
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms, supply chain planning software, and business analytics tools
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders at all organizational levels
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects in fast-moving, client-facing environments
