Join Tscfl as a Success Coach (OPS) on campus at Site 1 - Main (M) - Campus, where you will partner one-to-one and in small groups to help people clarify priorities, overcome obstacles, and stay accountable. You will work on site as part of a coordinated team focused on consistent outcomes and responsive support for those you coach.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular coaching sessions that help participants define goals, break them into steps, and review next actions.
• Build individualized success plans that reflect each person’s needs, strengths, and timelines.
• Monitor progress through check-ins, notes, and simple metrics, then adjust guidance when plans stall.
• Connect people to campus and internal resources when coaching alone is not enough to resolve a barrier.
• Keep accurate records of meetings, plans, and outcomes so handoffs and reporting stay clear.
• Facilitate skill-building conversations or workshops on topics such as time management, decision-making, and accountability.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to align support and close loops on shared cases.
• Identify recurring challenges and share practical feedback that improves how success coaching operates on campus.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience coaching, advising, mentoring, or supporting others through structured goal work.
• Strong listening, questioning, and communication skills that build trust without over-directing.
• Organization and follow-through for managing caseloads, calendars, and documentation.
• Comfort using standard productivity tools for notes, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ability to work on site at Site 1 - Main (M) - Campus in a full-time Success Coach (OPS) capacity.
• Problem-solving mindset that helps people move from stuck points to concrete next steps.
• Professional discretion when handling personal or sensitive information shared in coaching.
• Collaborative style that works well with team members, coordinators, and other campus contacts.
