Studio Sales Transformation – Senior Consultant – Location Open

EY is hiring a Studio Sales Transformation Senior Consultant to drive strategic sales modernization and operational excellence for clients across the country. Based in Wellston, Saint Louis County, this full-time role offers the opportunity to shape how leading organizations build competitive advantage through sales process innovation and team performance optimization.

About the Role

You'll lead cross-functional sales transformation engagements, helping enterprise clients reimagine their sales operations, technology enablement, and organizational capabilities. This is hands-on consulting work where you'll own the full lifecycle of transformation projects—from strategy and design through execution and change management.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement sales process improvements, operating models, and organizational structures that measurably increase revenue and efficiency
• Conduct detailed assessments of sales teams, functions, and systems to identify gaps and opportunities
• Develop go-to-market strategies and sales capability roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new sales practices, tools, and systems
• Collaborate with data analysts and technology teams to implement sales analytics and CRM solutions
• Present insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Build and mentor junior consultants while managing client relationships and project delivery

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of management consulting, sales operations, or sales effectiveness experience
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Deep understanding of B2B sales models, sales force organization, and revenue management
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into client recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfort presenting to senior leadership
• Project management expertise with ability to juggle multiple workstreams and clients
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant business certification preferred
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
