About the Role

As a Senior Consultant on our Human Capital team, you'll lead strategic engagements with Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations tackling one of the most pressing business challenges of our time: how to structure work, workforce, and workplace to amplify human capability through intelligent automation and artificial intelligence. This is a full-time position where you'll be a trusted advisor, helping executive leadership rethink operating models, job design, talent strategies, and organizational structures in the age of AI.

What You'll Do

• Partner with C-suite executives and HR leadership to assess current workforce models and identify opportunities where automation and AI can augment human work
• Design and facilitate strategy sessions that reimagine how teams, departments, and entire organizations can operate with both human and machine intelligence
• Lead diagnostic and analytical work to understand job-level impacts, skill gaps, and capability transformations needed across the enterprise
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps and implementation plans that address technology adoption, change management, workforce reskilling, and organizational redesign
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate cross-functionally with technology, change management, and operations specialists
• Build and present strategic recommendations backed by research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of management consulting, strategy consulting, or organizational development experience
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change management, or workforce strategy
• Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and emerging technologies are reshaping work and workforce models
• Excellent project management and ability to influence across all organizational levels
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to make complex strategy clear and compelling to executives
• Intellectual curiosity and genuine passion for the intersection of human and machine intelligence in organizational contexts
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; equivalent senior-level consulting experience considered
