About the Role
As Strategic Partnerships & Funding Manager, you'll connect Gotion's operations with external partners—investors, technology collaborators, and industry stakeholders. Based at our Manteno facility, you'll evaluate partnership opportunities, manage capital relationships, and support initiatives that accelerate our mission in electric vehicle and energy storage innovation.
What You'll Do
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, strategic partners, and funding sources
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and ongoing collaborations
- Support capital strategy initiatives and fundraising efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute partnership activities and deliverables
- Track partnership performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning
- Represent Gotion at industry events and partner meetings
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or capital relations
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success identifying and closing strategic opportunities
- Background in energy, manufacturing, automotive, or technology sectors preferred
- Excellent communication, research, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
