Sr. Product Manager (Remote – Germany)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join their enterprise product team in Germany. This is a remote position based in Germany, offering the opportunity to shape product direction for customer data infrastructure solutions used by global brands.

Our client is looking for a strategic, highly autonomous product leader who can operate independently, leverage AI and modern tools effectively, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for complex enterprise products with high levels of independence
• Champion data-driven decision-making by validating customer opportunities through user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis
• Leverage AI and modern product management tools to accelerate discovery and optimize workflows
• Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing teams to understand industry trends and market dynamics
• Collaborate with research and design to validate hypotheses and create exceptional product experiences
• Work directly with engineering leaders and teams in an agile CI/CD environment to deliver innovative technology
• Provide prioritization, backlog management, and focus for engineering teams to maximize customer value delivery
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies, enablement activities, webinars, product demos, and documentation

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years as a Product Manager building SaaS products with proven success in driving customer adoption and retention
• Experience delivering products in marketing technology or solutions across industries such as eCommerce, retail, travel, digital media, healthcare, or financial services
• Track record of building complex features with large upstream and downstream dependencies
• Experience developing product specifications, writing user stories, and prioritizing competing initiatives
• Previous experience developing and growing products at scale
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments through continuous learning and adaptable product strategies
• Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
• Excellent communication skills with experience articulating strategic and financial value to senior leadership
• High accountability and genuine care about people, processes, and technology
• Fluency in English required; Russian language skills are a plus

Pay

The client offers a base salary range of €84,000 - €105,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus and equity options. Final compensation is determined by skills, experience, and qualifications.
