Sr OEM Sales Representative

Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Sr OEM Sales Representative for a full-time position to join our sales team in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with original equipment manufacturers while representing one of the world's leading life sciences companies.

Role Overview

As a Sr OEM Sales Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Philadelphia, you'll develop and execute sales strategies that expand our market presence within the OEM segment. Working in office and laboratory settings with a standard Monday through Friday schedule, you'll leverage deep product knowledge and relationship-building expertise to identify opportunities, close deals, and build lasting partnerships with key accounts in your territory. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new OEM opportunities within assigned territory
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing OEM partners to accelerate account growth
• Develop comprehensive sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key decision-makers
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and pipeline goals
• Partner with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to communicate value
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging business opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with a proven track record
• Background selling to OEM or industrial accounts strongly preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to master complex product portfolios
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed approach with ability to manage multiple opportunities independently
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools
• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, or related field preferred
