About This Position

This Sr. Marketing Operations Manager role focuses on optimizing and scaling marketing processes across the biologicals and chemicals business units. You'll work in our office environment on a traditional Monday-through-Friday schedule, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen marketing capabilities and support business growth initiatives. As a senior operations professional, you'll be instrumental in building the systems, processes, and analytics infrastructure that enable our marketing teams to deliver measurable results and support organizational objectives.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement marketing operational processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance team productivity
• Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization
• Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and marketing impact
• Oversee marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation across biologicals and chemicals product lines
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives to streamline workflows and standardize operational best practices
• Support marketing strategy execution by ensuring operational readiness and enabling campaign launches

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive marketing operations experience, with demonstrated expertise in process improvement and systems management
• Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms and business intelligence or analytics tools
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic environments
• Advanced skills in data analysis, financial forecasting, and budget management
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to drive adoption and collaboration across teams
