About the Role
As a Senior Technical Sales Representative focused on hospitality solutions, you'll champion Honeywell's guestroom automation and energy management platforms to hotel operators and property management companies. You'll work closely with your Sr Sales Manager to identify market opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and close complex technology deals that modernize hospitality operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that position Honeywell's hospitality technology solutions—including INNCOM guestroom automation and Onity access control systems—to prospects and existing customers
- Build relationships with hotel ownership, executives, and decision-makers, understanding their operational needs around guest experience and energy efficiency
- Conduct product demonstrations and ROI presentations showcasing how automation and energy management drive both guest satisfaction and cost savings
- Manage full sales cycles from discovery through proposal and close, leveraging technical product knowledge to address complex customer requirements
- Collaborate with solution engineers and customer success teams to ensure seamless deployment and customer adoption
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise or consultative sales, ideally in hospitality, building automation, or related technology sectors
- Strong technical foundation—ability to understand and explain complex systems like guestroom automation, energy management software, and integrated controls
- Deep knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, guest expectations, and capital planning cycles
- Excellent communication skills; you translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive buyers
- Strategic mindset paired with execution discipline—you develop plans and follow through with results
- Willingness to travel across your assigned region as needed
