About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers who choose to communicate in Spanish. Working remotely, you'll handle inbound inquiries, resolve account issues, and guide customers through our suite of connectivity solutions—from satellite television and streaming services to mobile plans and smart home installations. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to grow within a company at the forefront of the connectivity revolution.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and messages in Spanish and English with professionalism and patience
- Troubleshoot service issues and guide customers toward resolution or escalation as needed
- Process orders, billing inquiries, and account modifications
- Explain product features and benefits for DISH TV, Boost Mobile, Hughes, Sling TV, Gen Mobile, and related services
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution
What We're Looking For
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex services clearly
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to help customers find the right solutions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Customer service experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
