Honeywell is seeking a Senior Account Manager for warehouse automation solutions in the Northeast region, based in Talcott Village, Hartford County. About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager for warehouse automation at Honeywell, you'll own a portfolio of key customer accounts and territories, serving as the trusted advisor and primary relationship owner. You'll combine consultative selling with operational expertise to position warehouse automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale with customer growth. Your success depends on deep customer understanding, proactive planning, and alignment with Honeywell's engineering and delivery teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and expand relationships within an assigned territory, identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and winning new business
  • Develop account and territory plans that target growth in warehouse automation solutions, from material handling systems to software integration
  • Conduct needs assessments and position Honeywell's automation technologies to address customer challenges in logistics, distribution, and fulfillment
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, product specialists, and implementation teams to design, bid, and deliver solutions that meet customer objectives
  • Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain accountability for revenue and margin targets
  • Build and maintain a reputation as a responsive, knowledgeable partner in the Northeast warehouse automation market

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of account management or business development experience, preferably in industrial automation, warehouse technology, or supply chain solutions
  • Demonstrated success managing complex B2B accounts and driving revenue growth in competitive markets
  • Technical acumen: ability to understand automation systems, software architecture, and implementation requirements well enough to consult with customers and engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level and operational executives
  • Self-directed approach to territory planning, opportunity identification, and sales execution
  • Willingness to travel within the Northeast region as needed for customer meetings and market development
