Skillbridge- Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist (for Military members only)

Maximus is hiring a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist for a full-time role based in Rockville, Montgomery County. This position is exclusively available to military members transitioning through the Skillbridge program and offers a unique opportunity to support service members' career pathways while advancing employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

About the Role

As a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist, you will design and execute strategic marketing campaigns that connect military professionals with civilian employers. Working within the Skillbridge ecosystem, you'll develop comprehensive digital outreach strategies that showcase employer opportunities to transitioning service members and support military hiring initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute employer branding and talent acquisition marketing strategies to engage transitioning military professionals
• Design integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social platforms, and other channels
• Develop audience segmentation frameworks and target marketing messages to military transition cohorts
• Create and manage email marketing sequences to nurture employer-candidate relationships
• Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and refine approaches based on data insights
• Support daily program operations and coordination with employers and military transition participants

What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly email and social media marketing
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to measure and optimize campaign results
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Familiarity with or interest in military culture and transitioning service members' needs
• Military service experience preferred
