Skillbridge- Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist (for Military members only)

Maximus is seeking a service member transitioning to civilian life through SkillBridge to join us in Tupelo, Lee County as a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist. In this full-time, on-site role, you will shape how Maximus attracts and engages top talent through data-driven marketing and recruitment operations.

About the Role

This SkillBridge opportunity is open exclusively to current military members preparing for the transition to civilian careers. As a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist in Tupelo, Lee County, you will own talent acquisition marketing and employer branding initiatives that connect Maximus with high-caliber candidates. You will translate recruitment goals into measurable, multi-channel campaigns while building the operational foundation for a strong, sustainable talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategy aimed at drawing high-quality applicants to Maximus.
• Build and launch integrated marketing campaigns end to end — defining strategy, segmenting target audiences, developing email nurture sequences, and analyzing performance.
• Develop and apply approaches for cultivating an engaged talent network and a long-term candidate pipeline.
• Track campaign results and use the insights to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Must be an active military member eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program.
• Interest or background in marketing, communications, recruitment, or program operations.
• Comfort working with audience segmentation, email outreach, and campaign measurement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage outreach programs from concept through execution.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tupelo, Lee County (this position is not remote).
