Role Overview

The Shop Hand is essential to Ranger Energy's operational success. You'll manage facility upkeep, oversee daily shop maintenance, and provide critical support to our rig up and down crews. This role demands someone committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace where equipment performs at peak capacity and teams can execute operations without delay.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the shop facility and surrounding areas, including the wash pad
• Perform routine facilities maintenance to keep all systems and spaces in working order
• Assist rig up and down crews with equipment setup, breakdown, and positioning
• Support general repair work on equipment, including tong cylinders and related machinery
• Maintain and organize tools, supplies, and equipment inventory
• Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a secure work environment
