About the Role

As the Rig Supervisor at Ranger Energy in Midland, you will lead the rig crew through daily plugging and abandonment (P&A) and workover operations. This position blends people management with deep mechanical expertise: you'll keep productivity targets on track, partner directly with customers, and make sure every product and service is delivered safely and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and develop rig crew members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
