Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team during assigned shifts in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Oversee daily operations including food preparation, beverage service, and customer experience
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational consistency
• Handle point-of-sale functions and ensure accurate cash management
• Train and support team members on products, procedures, and service standards
• Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory, staffing needs, and operational issues
• Model the positive, customer-focused attitude that defines our brand
• Support opening and closing procedures with thoroughness and attention to detail

What You Bring

• Prior experience in food service, beverage, or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and guide others
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management
• A genuine passion for customer service and creating welcoming experiences
• Reliability, integrity, and a positive mindset under pressure
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team
• Basic food handling and safety knowledge (or willingness to obtain certification)
