About the Role
As a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager at EY, you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to shape how enterprises design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions with emerging AI capabilities. You'll partner with clients to solve complex business challenges through intelligent platform architecture, guiding organizations through digital evolution in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.
What You'll Do
- Lead architecture design and delivery for large-scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solutions meet enterprise requirements and scalability standards
- Architect and integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow platforms to drive automation, insights, and operational efficiency
- Manage technical teams and mentor architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients' ServiceNow investments, aligning technology decisions with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including consulting, delivery, and client stakeholders—to define and execute on technical vision
- Stay ahead of ServiceNow platform advancements and AI trends, translating emerging capabilities into client value
- Establish and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for ServiceNow implementations
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise architecting ServiceNow solutions (platform, workflow, integration, or data domains)
- Strong understanding of AI applications, machine learning concepts, and their role in enterprise platforms
- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and mentoring professionals in fast-paced environments
- Track record leading enterprise transformation initiatives and complex technical projects from strategy through delivery
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- ServiceNow certifications and relevant AI/machine learning credentials a plus
