Service Technician – US Bayou Park

Kairoi Residential is seeking a dedicated Service Technician – US Bayou Park to join our team in Cherryhurst, Houston.

About the Role

This full‑time position ensures our multifamily community remains safe, comfortable, and fully operational for residents. You will work closely with the maintenance team to address everyday needs and support turnover processes that keep our apartments move‑in ready.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to resident service requests, diagnosing and resolving issues ranging from minor repairs to preventive maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing cleaning, touch‑up painting, fixture checks, and appliance testing.
• Assist with routine property upkeep, including HVAC filter changes, lighting replacements, plumbing fixes, and groundskeeping support.
• Document work performed in the maintenance log and communicate completion status to supervisors and residents.
• Participate in after‑hours emergency rotations as scheduled to maintain 24/7 coverage for critical situations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in residential or multifamily maintenance, with a solid grasp of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry principles.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with residents of diverse backgrounds.
• Physical stamina to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling across the property.
• Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and accessing digital maintenance tools.
• Commitment to safety protocols and a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques.
