As a Senior Leasing Professional at The Avant, you are the face of our community and the architect of the leasing experience. You own the entire journey—answering first inquiries, conducting tours, negotiating leases, and building the relationships that turn prospects into residents. Your expertise, professionalism, and genuine approach directly impact both our occupancy metrics and resident retention.

What You'll Do

• Guide property tours and unit showings, showcasing amenities and answering prospect questions with product knowledge and confidence
• Manage the complete leasing cycle, from initial contact through application review, lease negotiation, and move-in coordination
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint—first inquiry, lease signing, resident check-in, renewal conversations, and beyond
• Leverage property management software and systems to track leads, maintain resident records, document lease terms, and ensure process accuracy
• Build community engagement and resident retention initiatives that foster a connected, vibrant living environment
• Meet occupancy and leasing goals while maintaining the quality standards that define our communities
• Mentor junior leasing team members, modeling best practices and contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Ensure all leasing practices comply with fair housing regulations and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated leasing or property management experience, with a track record managing the full rental lifecycle
• Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—with the skill to build instant rapport with diverse prospects
• Proven sales capability paired with integrity and fair-dealing principles
• Comfort with property management software platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of fair housing law and equal opportunity requirements
