About the Role

As a Leasing Professional at Nove at Knox, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for moving each prospect smoothly through the leasing pipeline. Your focus on service excellence and attention to detail will directly impact resident satisfaction, retention, and the property's occupancy success. You'll combine genuine hospitality with sales acumen to represent Kairoi Residential's brand and values.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Conduct thorough property tours and present floor plans in ways that highlight Nove at Knox's unique benefits
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and recommend the right units for their situation
• Process lease applications and coordinate all documentation required for move-in
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and guide them toward lease decisions
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and pipeline activity using property management technology
• Build and nurture relationships with current residents to encourage lease renewals and community engagement
• Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in sales, leasing, or hospitality environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse residents and prospects
