About the Role
As a Service Technician, you'll be the hands-on professional responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of properties and their equipment. Beztak Development Property Management operates across multiple properties as a national real estate development, construction, and property management firm. We need someone who takes pride in keeping facilities in excellent condition and responding promptly to maintenance needs.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on property systems, equipment, and grounds
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and property managers in a timely, professional manner
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and implement effective solutions
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life
- Document work completed and maintain accurate service records
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are needed
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company protocols
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related technical trade
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties as needed
- Professional demeanor and commitment to excellent service quality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
