About the Role
As a Service Technician with Beztak Development Property Management, you'll play a vital part in protecting the value and appearance of the properties we manage. This on-site, full-time position centers on maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment so that residents enjoy a well-cared-for place to call home. You'll be a dependable, service-minded teammate who thrives on solving problems and getting things done right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall condition of the property, including buildings, grounds, and common areas.
- Perform routine upkeep and respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair property equipment and systems.
- Help ensure facilities meet safety standards and remain presentable for residents and guests.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for service and a commitment to excellence.
- Hands-on maintenance, repair, or facilities experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and follow through.
- A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.
- Authorization to work full-time, on-site in the US.
