What You'll Do
- Develop conceptual designs and detailed technical specifications for facility systems projects
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for new and existing clients
- Manage project timelines and coordinate internal teams to meet aggressive deadlines
- Serve as the primary technical contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Schedule work, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones
- Apply a customer-first approach to problem-solving and project execution
- Identify expansion and service opportunities during customer engagements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or integrated building services
- Demonstrated success in technical sales, project engineering, or facility service management
- Ability to produce accurate estimates, manage budgets, and forecast project costs
- Strong written and verbal communication with proven customer relationship skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with quick-turnaround delivery demands
- Proficiency with estimation software and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
