• Explain recommended work, costs, and timelines in plain language, secure approvals, and keep guests updated throughout the process
• Coordinate hand-offs with shop personnel, track open jobs, and confirm quality standards before release
• Follow up after service to confirm satisfaction, capture feedback, and invite return visits
• Maintain accurate digital records, support smooth daily workflow, and uphold facility cleanliness and professional appearance
