Senior Technical Product Manager (f/m/x)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential mobile gaming technology client in Hamburg, Germany. This is a Senior Technical Product Manager role working on high-scale consumer products used by millions of users globally. You'll own product strategy for a data-driven platform built on event-driven architectures and complex business logic, working closely with engineering teams in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap alongside engineering leadership, balancing technical constraints with business priorities
• Own product discovery, scoping, and prioritization by gathering inputs from engineering, data, and stakeholders to define precise, actionable requirements
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that engineering teams can immediately execute
• Manage the product backlog end-to-end including grooming, refinement, sprint planning, and continuous prioritization
• Participate actively in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and agile ceremonies to ensure teams have well-defined work
• Translate business needs into engineering requirements and communicate technical realities back to non-technical stakeholders
• Design and execute A/B tests, define instrumentation requirements, and use analytics to validate ideas and measure product outcomes
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Marketing, and Operations throughout the full product lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager building digital products, ideally in mobile gaming, ad-tech, e-commerce, or online marketing
• Strong engineering fluency: comfortable discussing API contracts, system architectures, database schemas, and technical trade-offs with engineering peers
• Deep hands-on experience owning product backlogs, writing epics and user stories, and running sprint ceremonies in agile environments
• Proven track record using A/B testing, funnel analysis, and product analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions
• Experience working on high-scale digital products serving millions of users with cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex technical and product problems into clear, testable solutions
• Ownership mindset with ability to unblock teams, remove ambiguity, and take accountability for outcomes
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, adapting style for engineers versus business stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
• Understanding of data pipelines and instrumentation sufficient to define metrics and tracking requirements
