Senior Technical Product Manager (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobile gaming technology company seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own critical product strategy and delivery. In this role, you will:

• Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with engineering leadership, balancing technical constraints with business priorities
• Lead discovery, scoping, and prioritization efforts by gathering inputs from engineering, data, user research, and stakeholders to understand both problem space and technical complexity
• Write detailed, unambiguous requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute immediately
• Own the product backlog end-to-end including grooming, refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization
• Participate actively in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and agile ceremonies to ensure teams have well-defined, ready-to-build work
• Translate business needs into precise engineering requirements and communicate technical realities back to non-technical stakeholders
• Leverage A/B testing, analytics, and system monitoring to validate ideas, measure outcomes, and drive continuous product improvement
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Marketing, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager building digital products at scale, ideally in mobile gaming, ad-tech, e-commerce, or online marketing
• Engineering fluency: ability to read and discuss API contracts, system architectures, database schemas, and technical trade-offs without needing to code
• Deep hands-on experience owning product backlogs, writing epics and user stories, running sprint ceremonies, and improving team throughput
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using A/B testing, funnel analysis, and product analytics tools; able to define instrumentation requirements
• Proven track record working with cross-functional engineering and product teams on high-scale digital products serving millions of users
• Analytical and structured thinking with ability to break down complex technical and product problems into clear, testable solutions
• Ownership mindset: you unblock teams, remove ambiguity, and take accountability for outcomes
• Outstanding communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, adapting style from precise engineering details to strategic business impact
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and balance competing priorities
