Senior Strategic Project Manager (f/m/x) – remote

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential e-commerce client in their search for a Senior Strategic Project Manager. This is a remote-first role open to candidates across Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. You must hold valid work authorization in one of these locations.

You'll join a dynamic strategy function, reporting to senior leadership and operating at the intersection of execution, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity and delivering measurable impact through structured frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion, developing clear frameworks and communication structures that ensure on-time, in-scope delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Partner with department heads to prioritize initiatives aligned with company-wide goals, measuring and communicating results through quantitative and qualitative insights
• Drive OKR alignment and execution across departments, helping teams focus on high-impact outcomes
• Identify and scale new business verticals and categories, building go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth
• Leverage AI and data analytics to enhance execution, forecasting, and decision-making, while championing digital enablement across the organization
• Build compelling narratives and business cases to secure buy-in, mobilize teams, and communicate impact to diverse audiences
• Drive business intelligence and competitive insights by leveraging market research, performance data, and cross-functional input to inform strategic decisions

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain)
• Proven expertise in OKR frameworks and project management methodologies
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of business operations; entrepreneurial experience is a plus
• AI-literate and familiar with how emerging technologies support productivity, creativity, and decision-making across business functions
• Growth mindset with natural curiosity for the start-up and scale-up environment
• Strong communicator and connector who can align diverse stakeholders, foster collaboration, and drive clarity and momentum across teams
• Valid right to work in one of the eligible European countries, the United Kingdom, or the United States
