About the Role

As Senior Station Manager at Amazon Logistics, you'll oversee all budgetary, operational, and people development objectives for your delivery station. You'll lead a team of Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Shift Managers, setting the vision for performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Please note: you must be open to working at any location within a 50-mile radius of Sunrise.

What You'll Do

• Manage station budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Operations, Area, and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline
• Coach direct reports on performance management, operational procedures, and team engagement
• Oversee delivery station operations, including package sorting, dispatch, and delivery workflows
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization across the station
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery commitments and service level agreements
