Senior Solutions Architect (Enterprise Accounts)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise data platform company in their search for a Senior Solutions Architect to join their London team. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the most complex and sophisticated enterprise accounts across multiple industry verticals, helping them solve critical data and analytics challenges at scale.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to a small portfolio of strategic accounts, working alongside account executives and cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced data solutions. This is a high-impact role that combines deep technical expertise with strategic customer engagement and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise-level customers to architect and implement unified data platform solutions that address their most complex business challenges
• Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies in partnership with account executives and technical teams
• Coach and mentor core account teams on positioning, adoption strategies, and execution to achieve successful outcomes within defined timelines
• Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives, through complex technical engagements involving cloud ecosystems and third-party integrations
• Serve as a champion for both customers and colleagues, acting as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and design
• Lead and deliver complex proofs-of-concept that demonstrate technical capabilities and business value
• Contribute to technical community engagement by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops, seminars, and industry meet-ups
• Travel up to 60% to London offices and customer sites

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience engaging in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycles in a technical pre-sales capacity
• Strong technical background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Machine Learning/AI
• Experience working with enterprise-level customers across multiple vertical sectors
• Demonstrated ability to thrive with high autonomy, ambiguous requirements, and challenging customer environments
• Track record of influencing senior decision-makers and C-level executives through relationship development and team orchestration
• Proficiency in core programming languages such as Python or SQL, with willingness to expand technical skills
• Hands-on expertise delivering complex proofs-of-concept on public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs and navigate competitive landscapes effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level engagements
• Relevant certifications in data platforms are advantageous
