Senior Social-Media-Manager/-in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Hamburg that specializes in helping regional businesses build their employer brand through social media. After thorough onboarding, you will:

• Plan and create online marketing content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Design and develop organic posts and paid advertising campaigns for client accounts
• Prepare, plan, and execute engaging social media projects
• Build and manage social media presences from concept to execution
• Launch and optimize online marketing campaigns across major platforms
• Support our marketing team in monitoring and reporting campaign performance
• Maintain regular communication with project management and clients regarding current and upcoming initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum four years of professional experience in marketing, media, communications, or social media management
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with particular emphasis on paid advertising and campaign management
• Analytical and structured thinking with strong organizational skills
• Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to work independently
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Quick learner with high discipline and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (error-free written expression required)
• Strong team player with confident presence and ability to perform under pressure
• Degree or training in marketing, media, or communications is advantageous but not required
