Responsibilities
We are representing a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Hamburg that specializes in employer branding campaigns for skilled trades and mid-sized companies. After a thorough onboarding period of 2–4 months, you will:
- Plan and create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Design organic posts and paid advertising campaigns for client accounts
- Support the execution and monitoring of online marketing projects
- Collaborate with project management and clients on campaign strategy and performance
- Assist in performance analysis and reporting for active campaigns
- Build and maintain social media presences that strengthen employer brands
What We're Looking For
This is a trainee-level role—career changers and candidates without prior experience are welcome. Our client provides comprehensive internal training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed as a Social Media Manager.
- Interest in marketing, media, and digital communication (a degree or apprenticeship is helpful but not required)
- Basic familiarity with social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok is a plus
- Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to follow established processes and work independently
- Quick learner with high discipline and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
