Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital agency in Hamburg seeking a Senior IT Specialist to join their Business Development and IT team. In this role, you will design and automate business processes using modern no-code and low-code platforms, ensuring systems integrate seamlessly and data flows operate efficiently.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Automating business processes using no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Building, maintaining, and managing Airtable databases
• Developing front-ends and interfaces using no-code/low-code solutions
• Managing and enhancing CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
• Planning, implementing, and executing new business processes
• Documenting and designing digital business workflows
• Training and supporting end users on systems and processes

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience in IT/automation (including self-taught backgrounds)
• Several years of experience in project management with strong organizational skills and discipline
• Analytical and methodical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities and quick comprehension
• Proven ability to understand existing processes and independently optimize them for long-term improvement
• Strong results and solution orientation
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a confident, professional presence
• Outstanding written and verbal German language proficiency
• High resilience and professional handling of performance pressure
• Experience with low-code/no-code solutions and API tools like Zapier or Make.com, or the ability to quickly learn these independently
