About This Opportunity

Our client, a rapidly growing digital agency based in Hamburg, is seeking a Senior No-Code / Low-Code Automation Expert to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity to shape and automate business processes using modern tools while working with a dynamic team in Hamburg's city center.

We are representing a confidential marketing organization that specializes in helping mid-sized companies optimize their digital presence and internal operations. As their automation expert, you'll be responsible for ensuring systems integrate seamlessly, data flows function smoothly, and operations become increasingly efficient.

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Build, maintain, and manage database structures in AirTable
• Develop front-ends and interfaces using no-code/low-code tools
• Manage and enhance the CRM system (particularly HubSpot)
• Plan, implement, and execute new business processes
• Document and design digital business processes
• Provide user training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or IT-related training
• Several years of demonstrable professional experience in IT/automation
• Strong analytical-methodical and structured thinking with excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension
• Multiple years of project management experience with high discipline and pronounced organizational ability
• Strong results and solution orientation with the ability to not only understand existing processes but independently optimize them sustainably
• Excellent teamwork capabilities, very strong communication skills, and confident, professional presence
• Excellent written expression in German
• High resilience and professional handling of performance pressure
