Emory University is hiring a full-time Senior Public Health Program Associate to support its School of Medicine Brain Health initiatives in Briarcliff, DeKalb County. This on-site role centers on the operations and evaluation work of the Harriet and Charlie Shaffer Cognitive Empowerment Program.

About the Role

As a Senior Public Health Program Associate at Emory, you will help advance brain health research and programming within the School of Medicine. The position calls for someone who understands both the day-to-day operations and the evaluation requirements of a cognitive empowerment program, and who can translate that knowledge into smoother workflows and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational activities of the Shaffer Cognitive Empowerment Program within Emory's School of Medicine.
• Support program evaluation efforts, including tracking progress and helping assess impact on participants.
• Apply working knowledge of public health program management to keep initiatives running effectively.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to strengthen brain health programming.
• Contribute to the academic and research mission of Emory University.

Qualifications

• In-depth, hands-on familiarity with the operations and evaluation needs of a cognitive or brain health program such as the Harriet and Charlie Shaffer Cognitive Empowerment Program.
• Experience in public health program coordination or a closely related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple program priorities.
• Ability to work on-site in Briarcliff, DeKalb County, as part of a full-time team.
