About the Role
As a Senior Paid Search Analyst, you'll take ownership of all paid search and social advertising initiatives, from strategy development through execution and optimization. You'll partner directly with clients, manage day-to-day account operations, and ensure campaigns deliver strong performance and ROI.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Design, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns for performance and efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign metrics
- Troubleshoot technical issues within advertising platforms and resolve account-level problems
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable reporting
- Meet with clients to discuss strategy, goals, and results when needed
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and other major paid search platforms
