Senior Manager Information Security

Saviynt is hiring a Senior Manager, Information Security in Bengaluru to lead and mature our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practice within the global Information Security organization. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to shape how a category-leading identity security company protects its customers and itself.

About the Role

Reporting into the Information Security team, the Senior Manager, Information Security will own and advance Saviynt's Governance, Risk, and Compliance efforts end to end. You will build, scale, and continually refine the governance function so that risk oversight and security accountability reach across every part of the business. Success in this Bengaluru-based role calls for someone who thrives managing initiatives in an Agile setting and can translate compliance obligations into practical, audit-ready outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct a range of Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs across the organization.
• Establish, grow, and evolve the governance function to broaden its reach and strengthen oversight.
• Lead GRC projects within an Agile delivery model, keeping efforts on track and adaptable.
• Author, maintain, and update security policy documentation and supporting system requirements.
• Prepare the organization to respond confidently to internal and external audits.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed compliance practices that maximize impact and accountability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives.
• Proven ability to execute, scale, and mature a governance function over time.
• Comfort managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong working knowledge of policy and compliance requirements, including policy documentation and system requirements.
• Track record of readying an organization for audits and responding to audit findings.
