Responsibilities

• Lead project governance and comprehensive project planning activities
• Model processes and coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders
• Manage and continuously improve project management processes
• Oversee risk and issue management throughout project lifecycles
• Drive change management initiatives
• Plan resources and control project budgets
• Support contract management, negotiations, and billing matters
• Communicate project status and provide reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong project relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of experience in IT project management, ideally within financial services or management consulting
• Strong analytical abilities with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and track tasks effectively
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, HP ALM, Octane)
• Proven track record successfully leading IT projects using both classical (Waterfall) and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Ability to bridge operational project management of technical and functional teams (internal and external) with management and senior management stakeholder requirements
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
