- Translate knowledge from subject matter experts into data-driven strategies and reports
- Support process improvements and operational decisions through rigorous data analysis and informatics best practices
- Collaborate with teams to identify data requirements, improve information systems, and enhance decision-making capabilities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in informatics, analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
- Strong ability to break down complex problems and evaluate data from multiple dimensions
- Experience coordinating projects across diverse technical and business teams
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare informatics or healthcare operations (highly preferred)
