Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health and wellness brand seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team in Berlin. Our client is scaling their influencer programs across DACH markets and multiple social channels, and they need a strategic leader who can drive commercial growth while building authentic creator relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive measurable commercial growth
• Oversee significant budget expansion for influencer programs while ensuring strong ROI and revenue contribution
• Own strategic oversight for at least one product category, ensuring your influencer roster delivers value across campaigns
• Create and execute activation plans for a large community of influencers and creators across multiple channels
• Test and optimize campaigns to identify high-performing creators who contribute directly to revenue targets
• Evaluate influencer performance using clear success metrics including CAC, ROI, Customer Acquisition, EMV, CPM, and brand reputation
• Scale proven campaign strategies to meet defined commercial objectives
• Develop activation strategies beyond standard posts, including content partnerships, events, and cross-channel initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in creator marketing with demonstrated passion for the health and wellness sector
• Proven track record managing both performance and brand campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Extensive network of influencers, agencies, and talent managers across health, lifestyle, beauty, travel, Gen Z, and lifestyle content verticals
• Deep knowledge of the influencer landscape enabling you to identify and book key talent immediately
• Experience creating culturally relevant content for beauty, vitamins and supplements, wellness, or similar D2C categories
• Track record managing and scaling influencer programs to six-figure monthly spend
• Strong analytical skills in budget allocation, performance monitoring, and KPI optimization
• Current knowledge of social media trends and ability to apply them strategically
• Fluency in both German and English required
