We are representing a confidential retail client seeking a Fashion Retail Trainee (m/w/d) in Magdeburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, Deutschland. Responsibilities

As a trainee, you will be progressively introduced to:

• Learning responsibility for all store operations and daily workflows
• Supporting store leadership with sales targets and revenue goals
• Managing cash register operations and transactions
• Assisting with inventory counts and stock control
• Supporting goods receipt, delivery processing, and quality checks
• Providing sales support and outfit consulting to customers

What We're Looking For

• Ideally a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., retail specialist, sales associate) or proven experience in a responsible retail position
• Strong interest in streetwear, sportswear, and current fashion trends
• Empathetic personality with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to set priorities independently
• Ability to maintain overview during busy periods and motivate a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with inventory management systems is a plus
• Team-oriented with a passion for fashion retail
