Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential marketing agency based in Bielefeld, Germany. As a Trainee Online Marketing Manager, you will support client onboarding, manage customer support, and learn to develop marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training—no prior online marketing experience is required.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok for clients
- Writing ad copy and content for landing pages and websites
- Onboarding new client projects and ensuring smooth collaboration
- Providing telephone and written support to clients
- Analyzing campaign performance and implementing optimizations and improvements
What We're Looking For
Our client values candidates who can work independently and are eager to grow professionally. The ideal candidate is communicative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
Required qualifications:
- Ability to follow established processes accurately
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Strong affinity for social media platforms

- Experience in online marketing or social media
