Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential martial arts training facility in Stralsund, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, seeking passionate martial arts instructors to join their growing team. In this role, you will:

• Lead martial arts courses for various age groups and experience levels, with a particular focus on children aged 3-12 years
• Develop comprehensive training plans and programs tailored to individual student needs
• Provide personalized coaching and support to help students achieve their goals
• Foster a positive, motivating, and safe learning environment
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and management to ensure program success and continuous improvement
• Deliver dynamic and engaging training sessions that inspire members of all ages

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks instructors who combine technical martial arts expertise with genuine passion for teaching. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong passion for martial arts and working with people, particularly children
• Creative teaching approaches that make movement and martial arts values accessible to young learners
• Enthusiasm for training and the ability to make each session motivating and varied
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with children and adults
• Strong ability to give and receive feedback constructively
