Senior Frontend Angular Developer (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Frontend Angular Developer to join their team in Mainz. Our client creates user-centered digital platforms with strong societal impact, working across public and private sectors. This role offers the opportunity to build responsive, accessible interfaces while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across multiple locations or remotely throughout Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and accessible frontends using structured, standards-compliant HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Build frontend solutions primarily with Angular, with opportunities to work in React
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, project managers, and clients in agile project environments
• Support requirements analysis, write technical specifications, and evaluate solutions for technical feasibility
• Contribute to the evolution of existing architectures with your technical input
• Provide technical consultation to both clients and colleagues
• Analyze and optimize existing development processes

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and ES6
• Strong understanding of core Angular concepts with several years of practical experience in Angular and the Angular ecosystem
• Initial experience with React framework for flexible deployment
• Solid grasp of Clean Code principles
• Applied knowledge of Atomic Design and BEM methodologies
• Practical experience in requirements analysis and specification creation (preferred)
• Team player mentality with enthusiasm for close collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and verbal
• Passion for creative solutions and coding in agile environments
