Senior Data Consultant – Site Enablement Lead

Deep DSG is recruiting a Senior Data Consultant - Site Enablement Lead based in Cork, Munster, Ireland, to spearhead the implementation and adoption of industrial data infrastructure solutions. This full-time remote role combines project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management to deliver business value through connected industrial data ecosystems.

About This Position

As Senior Data Consultant - Site Enablement Lead, you'll serve as the on-site technical leader for industrial data enablement initiatives. Your mandate is to deploy and operationalise Unified Namespace (UNS), Industrial DataOps, Data Brokers, and related industrial data technologies across client manufacturing environments. Working alongside manufacturing, engineering, automation, and digital teams, you'll translate complex data infrastructure into sustainable competitive advantages by enabling adoption, managing implementation workflows, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site deployment and user adoption of Unified Namespace, Industrial DataOps, Data Brokers, and industrial data solutions
• Serve as primary site lead for Data Enablement initiatives, steering projects from planning through successful delivery
• Coordinate across site operations, engineering, OT, IT, and digital teams to achieve shared project objectives
• Manage project timelines, risk registers, resource schedules, dependency mapping, and stakeholder communications
• Foster alignment between business, operations, and technical functions throughout solution implementation
• Verify solutions comply with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and security requirements
• Champion change management initiatives to maximise user adoption and ensure long-term value delivery
• Facilitate on-site workshops, project reviews, troubleshooting sessions, and implementation coordination
• Establish and communicate operational best practices for industrial data management and integration excellence
• Provide hands-on leadership and oversight to deliver projects on schedule and within agreed scope
