About the Role
We are SafeNow, a startup dedicated to providing security to everyone on this planet for free. Our app grants immediate access to local helpers—friends, family, or professionals—who can help in various situations. We have a small but passionate team of around 50 people from nine different nationalities based in Munich, Germany, Germany. We're seeking an experienced professional as a Senior Community & Customer Support Manager (m/w/d) who will shape our social media presence and support users with the app and button.
Core Duties
Develop and implement community management and customer support strategies, analyzing key metrics such as followers, views, likes, etc., to derive actionable insights.
Identify recurring processes in community and support areas for automation using AI tools, ensuring scalability across multiple languages.
Manage our internal knowledge database, keeping it up-to-date with relevant information.
Respond to messages and moderate comments effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in community management and customer support within a startup environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
Aptitude for identifying and automating repetitive processes using AI tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage users effectively on various channels.
