Facilities Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Account for departmental outlays such as labor, overtime, and travel.
• Hold coaching discussions, create performance reviews, assist with career paths, training, and skill building, uphold hourly rules, and supply input on hiring or separation choices.
• Join departmental and customer meetings when required.
• Stay in consistent contact with the management team and customers.
• Confirm completion of all needed reports.
• Apply multiple enterprise systems for routine departmental work.
• Place personal follow-up calls for every customer complaint and act as the escalation contact.
• Follow every ISO process, procedure, and policy.
• Build and keep strong relationships with every Advanced Technology Services department.
• Advance processes with quantitative tracking, finish required quality courses and apply their methods, live the core values, and ensure safety adherence for the company and customers.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year college preparation, or a matching blend of education and experience supplying the needed knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Five years of supervisory background or proven talent for guiding people and handling customer relations successfully.
• Skill in reading and understanding operating instructions and procedure manuals, drafting routine reports and correspondence, addressing groups of customers or employees effectively, working with probability and statistical ideas, applying fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions practically, solving everyday problems amid limited standardization, and interpreting multi-form instructions whether written, oral, diagrammed, or scheduled.
• Team orientation, organization, self-drive, prioritization ability, and solid overall computer proficiency.
• Preferred: Exceptional people and communication strengths for customers, team members, and leaders, plus ease with Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strengths in communications, customer focus, safety, judgment and decision making, and business acumen.
