Role Overview

Core Duties

• Load merchandise into the vehicle each morning ahead of scheduled rounds
• Apply knowledge of state requirements and medical cannabis transport regulations during every assignment
• Carry out basic vehicle care such as tire changes and fluid checks as situations demand
• Track and process all related medical cannabis paperwork so records stay accurate and finished manifests return ready for filing
• Nurture constructive professional connections with dispensary colleagues
• Alert the team quickly and clearly if any delivery complications appear
• Handle further tasks assigned by supervisors when they arise

What We're Looking For

• One or more years of professional driving background preferred
• Age 21 or older
• Ability to clear background reviews including an MVR plus state cannabis employment checks
• Continued full compliance with legal and company industry rules
• Schedule flexibility covering mornings, days, evenings, nights, and weekends based on operational needs
• Steady, responsible attendance without fail
• No prior cannabis work history needed
• Endurance to move through dispensary and vehicle areas for an entire shift while assisting patrons
• Capacity to stay seated in a vehicle for extended periods to finish routes on time
• Clear speaking and interaction skills with individuals or groups
• Competence operating POS systems, computers, and office equipment for documents, databases, spreadsheets, and email
• Skill assembling patient or customer packages by selecting and arranging products
• Attention to precise details such as dates of birth, orders, or questions
• Strength to relocate inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds without help
• Agility to reposition for access in storage spaces
• Proven excellence in customer service approaches
• Self-driven initiative along with independent sound judgment
• Ease building productive relationships across all team members
• Strong listening plus effective spoken and written communication across audiences
• Earlier exposure to POS tools
• Working grasp of cannabis laws, safety rules, municipal codes, company guidelines, and standard procedures
• Openness to following direction and using constructive manager feedback
• High professionalism and integrity when managing confidential material and meeting HIPAA standards
• Readiness for occasional twelve-hour days, outdoor work in changing or harsh weather, and environments containing cannabis or related allergens
