Role Overview

This full-time LSAA Greensboro Clinical Apprentice position forms part of Centria Autism's Elevate Program, a paid practicum that delivers supervision across every hour worked plus dedicated mentoring while you gain direct experience supporting children and families. Participants operate in a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician capacity and follow a clear three-stage journey called Emerge, Empower, and Ascend. Defined milestones, clinical competencies, and individualized support accompany each stage, along with wage growth that begins at a $20 to $23 hourly base and adds $2 per hour at each advancement, plus complete benefits packages.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy sessions for learners in center, home, or school environments as part of a collaborative team setting
• Take part in both small-group and individual supervision meetings led by experienced BCBAs
• Build mastery across six essential clinical domains covering assessment, intervention approaches, communication strategies, accurate documentation, program creation, and ethical practice
• Join professional development gatherings and immediately translate new insights into daily client work
• Move forward through Elevate Program stages while earning recognition and rewards tied to milestones
• Team with colleagues who prioritize compassionate, client-assent practices and decisions grounded in data

What You Bring

• Active enrollment in or successful completion of a master’s-level ABA program that will be verified before the start date, or a finished master’s degree paired with enrollment in or completion of an ABA course sequence
• Clear motivation to advance into a BCBA position within a care approach centered on strong values
• Ability to maintain a full-time schedule that includes afternoon and early evening availability
