What You'll Do

• Uphold rigorous safety standards for every activity involving material handling equipment
• Handle volatile battery materials strictly according to approved procedures and protocols
• Operate powered industrial trucks and supporting mechanical aids with full attention to safe practices
• Prepare and stage feed materials so the operations team can maintain steady production pace
• Coordinate daily task assignments in partnership with the supervisor
• Execute focused work within receiving, inventory control, or loading streams
• Select and load the precise inventory required by production areas
• Record transactions and extract reports inside the warehouse management system to inform management choices
• Introduce and demonstrate quality control steps that protect material integrity
• Perform required physical movements that include pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, and reaching
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace throughout each shift
• Direct the internal routing of materials so production requirements are met on time
• Accept inbound shipments of raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment from suppliers
• Join physical inventory audits and cycle counts that verify stock accuracy
• Contribute ideas and effort toward material-flow strategies that raise overall efficiency
• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other powered industrial truck equipment as needed

Who We're Looking For

• Ability to lift as much as 50 pounds whenever the task demands it
• Documented record of consistent safety-minded performance
• Warehouse experience regarded as an advantage

• Strong command of English in both written and spoken forms
• Forklift or reach-truck certification preferred, with willingness to secure certification after hire
